In winter the valley becomes a winter sports centre for skiers, snowboarders, ice climbers, as well as ice skaters on the Bohinj Lake.
During the summer, the Bohinj Lake is warm and perfect for swimming. The Sava Bohinjka River is unforgettable for fishermen. Biking, trekking and climbing are also typical tourist activities in the area.
Lake shore is only 150 m from Hotel Stare and Ski resort Vogel only 700 m.
